PARKING
LIC Hotel has onsite parking at a rate of $20.00/night exclusively for guests. (subject to availability)

OCCUPANCY
There is a limit of 2 people (maximum) per room regardless of the room category.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel a reservation 48 hours before their arrival date and receive a full refund of their reservation deposit. Any cancellations made within the 48 hour period will be charged the equivalent of a single room rate of the first night of the reservation. Promotional offers are non-refundable.

EARLY CHECK-IN
The hotel can provide an early Check-In upon availability. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs can be provided upon availability. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if the guest remains past 1PM. If a guest checks out past 3PM, the full room rate of the current day will be charged. Please confirm with the front desk on the morning of your departure to see if late check-out is available.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

SMOKING
LIC Hotel is a smoke-free hotel – all of our rooms are considered non-smoking rooms. Please be aware that anyone who smokes in our rooms is doing so against our policies and will be subjected to a $250.00 smoking fee.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Traveler’s Checks. We do not accept personal checks, pre-paid credit cards or cash as payment.

AUTHORIZATION
Upon check-in, guests will be required to place a credit card on file which will be authorized for the full amount of the reservation.

LOST & FOUND
The hotel provides in-room safes for every room. We encourage all guests to keep valuables in their safe. We will not be held liable for any missing items in the room. Any items left behind after a guest has checked-out may be considered “disposable” and may be thrown out. Should the hotel deem an item “valuable” and enter it into our “Lost and Found” items, it will be held for a maximum of 30 days. Any item that has been in Lost and Found for over 30 days will be disposed of. Guests are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the retrieval of their items.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Housekeeping service will be provided once a day between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. If a guest leaves a “Do Not Disturb” sign on their door, the Housekeeping Department will skip the daily service.

PACKAGES
Hotel guests can mail packages prior to or during their stay free of charge. We will hold the package until it is picked up by the guest. We encourage guests to put the same name on the package as the name on the reservation so it can be easily located. Guests are responsible for making sure that they retrieve their package prior to check-out. Should a package be left behind at the hotel, guests will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with retrieval of their package. Any package left behind at the hotel for over 30 days will be disposed of. There is a size and quantity limit to packages being held for free, if the size or quantity of a package(s) are excessive we reserve the right to charge a holding fee.

TAX EXEMPTION
Any guest with a tax-exemption status will be required to provide all the proper documentation at least 30 days prior to arrival.

WI-FI INTERNET
LIC Hotel provides Wi-Fi internet access in all our rooms as well as in the hotel common/public areas. This service is free and does not have a cost incorporated with the room rate. For whatever reason should the hotel Wi-Fi network be unavailable, a credit will not be applied for this free service.

PET POLICY
LIC Hotel does not accept pets as guests at this time.

LONG DISTANCE CALLING
LIC Hotel does not currently allow long distance calling from its telephones.
